CANCELLAIONS AND TRANSFERS
The conference Documentation and a 50% refund or payment will be granted or required for cancellations received more than 7 days before the event. The full fee is payable for all cancellations received less than seven days before the event. A full refund will only be granted for cancellation received 21 days or more before the event and must be in writing. A substitute is welcome. Please do notify this office of change.

DHC reserves the right to refuse admission where evidence of payment in full cannot be shown.
